Heat-insulating gloves are protective gloves that can block various forms of high temperature and prevent them from causing harm to the opponent. They are mostly used in high temperature environments such as semiconductors, electronics, precision instruments, integrated circuits, liquid crystal displays, biopharmaceuticals, optical instruments, food and other industries.
Heat-insulating gloves are also called high-temperature resistant gloves, firefighting gloves, and anti-high temperature gloves. Heat-insulating gloves can be divided into: carbon fiber heat-insulating gloves, asbestos heat-insulating gloves, glass fiber heat-insulating gloves, aramid heat-resistant gloves, and ordinary material heat-insulating gloves.
According to performance, heat-insulating gloves can be divided into: ordinary heat-resistant gloves, flame-retardant and high temperature heat-insulating gloves, dust-free and high temperature heat-resistant gloves, anti-static and high temperature heat-resistant gloves, dust-free, anti-static and high temperature heat-resistant gloves, anti-cutting, wear-resistant & high temperature heat-insulating gloves. When choosing high temperature resistant heat-insulating gloves, there are two factors that must be considered, contact temperature and single contact time. These two factors are indispensable. The temperature of contact object is to consider that the glove material on contact surface with the high-temperature object will not react physically or chemically under high temperature, such as burning or carbonizing after reaching ignition point, or oxidizing after high temperature. The single contact time is to consider the time when temperature reaches inner layer of glove from the outer surface of the glove and exceeds temperature that human hand can tolerate. If your single contact time is less than this limited time, then it is within the safe time range.
Features of heat-insulating gloves
First of all, heat-insulating gloves are made of special aramid material, there is no powder, no particulate pollutants, and no hair on the surface of the gloves, so it will not pollute the dust-free environment.
Secondly. it can be used in high temperature of 180-300℃.
Finally. heat-insulating gloves can be used in high temperature environments such as semiconductors, electronics, precision instruments, integrated circuits, liquid crystal displays and other electronics, biopharmaceuticals, optical instruments, food and other industries.
